Client is a 19-year old male with TBI. He iswheelchair bound limited speech hemiplegic prefer a nurse with neurological and/or behavioral health experience.
Available Shifts:
- Park City: Night shifts from 7pm - 7 am. 2 or 3 nights per week
We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following:
- Medication set up and oversight
- Provide thoughtful care to clientsbased on personalized Plan of Care
- Provide in home assessments
- Monitor and track changes in the clientsconditions and needs and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
- Collaborate with clients family on plan of care health changes and concerns
- Total personal cares

- Must have at least 1 year nursing experience
- Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
- Certified CPRCertification
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
- Must be able to stand walk squat bend kneel reach twist push and pull.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
