In this role you will be responsible for fitting and welding custom machinery components using blueprints. You will cut measure and weld metal parts ensuring quality and supporting fabrication of complex assemblies.

This position is a DIRECT HIRE role and a long-term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (welding certification preferred)
5 years of fabrication welding experience
Strong blueprint reading and fit-up experience
Experience welding complex assemblies and weldments
Experience with TIG andMIG
Experience with hand/power tools and measuring instruments
Ability to work independently and on a team
Overhead crane or forklift experience is a plus
Must be able to pass an on-site welding test during the interview process
