Your role
As part of our Technical Services Team based onsite at Crown Casino you will provide both preventative and remedial maintenance across a wide range of electro-mechanical devices ensuring exceptional service delivery while building strong and positive customer relationships. Day to day this means you will:
- Service maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions
- Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
What youll bring

With our training program youll gain the technical expertise you need - you dont need previous experience with wagering and gaming equipment to excel in this in this role. Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need. What matters most is your motivation to learn and a few key qualities:
- A genuine interest in electronics and a problem-solving mindset
- Some prior experience servicing electronic equipment through work or hobbies
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication
- Strong integrity respect and a proactive can-do attitude
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and certifications
