Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive external communication strategies to raise awareness extend reach engage stakeholders and promote RBHAs mission vision and values. Manage social media platforms create content and support internal collaboration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- In partnership with the Director of Communications and Marketing develop and execute the strategic plan for external communications and marketing
- Identify target audiences and develop aligned messaging
- Manage social media platforms and content calendars
- Create content for digital and print media (e.g. website press releases newsletters program brochures)
- Ensure brand integrity across platforms
- Collaborate with staff to gather stories and data
- Facilitate internal communications meetings to promote internal collaboration and staff engagement
- Other duties as assigned
