We will provide hands-on training with our Leadership Team to teach you the process teach you the steps and develop you into a confident Sales Professional that earns repeat customer loyalty. Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
• Follow the process and steps the dealership implements
• Provide detailed information and demonstrations of new Buick and GMC vehicles.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to finalizing the purchase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features pricing and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to foster lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and eager to learn with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required due to comprehensive training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers effectively.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
