DPR Construction Europe an upcoming player in the construction of data center and life science projects is focusing on operating in Germany and Switzerland.

We are seeking a motivated Construction Manager - Mechanical / Bauleiter:in Mechanik to join our high-impact life science and data center projects.

This position will be based in the Frankfurt area.

Role Overview:

• Coordinate all mechanical construction activities (HVAC cooling plumbing fire protection) with designers engineers and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration into the overall project

• Ensure compliance with local regulations industry standards and safety protocols whilemaintaining high-quality control across all mechanical systems

• Manage project schedules resources and budgets to ensure timely completion and costefficiency reporting progress and addressing any issues as they arise

• Lead on-site mechanical teams ensuring adherence to safety standards and high-quality outcomes

Role Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering Building Services or related field.

• Field Experience: At least five years of experience in a similar position

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC cooling and fire protection

• Language: Fluency in German and English

• Workstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive hands-on approach. Effective coordination within the team clear communication and collaboration with all stakeholders
