WhatYoullDo

• Own the success of channel programs within theSOTIAltitude Program ensuring they run smoothly and deliver results.

• Become the go-to expert for your programsunderstand them inside out and help others do the same.

• Spot opportunities by conducting competitive research andidentifyingtrends that keep us ahead of the curve.

• Turn insights into actionstreamline processes boost partner engagement and strengthen sales enablementofferings.

• Drive improvements that make our programs scalable efficient and impactfulfor channel partners.

• Keep everyone in the loop with monthly quarterly and annual reports that highlight performance and progress.

• Create compelling contentwork with media teams to develop program materials for internal and external audiences.

• Collaborate across the board with sales marketing legal operations and more to bring programs to life.

• Lead engaging webinars that educate and inspire partners and internal teams.

• Work in a hybrid environment (a mix of office and remote).

WhatYoullBring

• A degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience).

• 23 years of experience supportingmarketing programs.

• A knack for analyzing data and turning insights into strategies.

• Strong communicationskillsboth written and verbalwith an eye for detail.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish hitting deadlines and quality standards.

• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp (bonus points!) and CRM systems like Salesforce.

• B2B marketing experience is preferred.

• Experience in channel marketing or working with cross-functional teams is a plus.

• Flexibility to join global calls when needed.
