About the role:

• Advising on environmental planning and approvals strategy for major projects
• Working on development approvals environmental licences clearing permits and compliance frameworks
• Advising on climate heritage native title and land access issues
• Helping clients manage regulator engagement investigations and enforcement risk
• Running or supporting planning appeals judicial review prosecutions and administrative challenges where required

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate with 5 years PQE
• Knowledge of WA planning laws desirable
• Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability
• Excellent communication and client management skill
• A collaborative approach and eagerness to work in a high-performing close-knit team
