Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team by reviewing and organizing customer information to ensure it is complete accurate and useful for sales outreach and planning.
- Assist in validating and updating customer details to help improve the quality of the data the sales organization relies on.
- Help analyze sales-related information such as customer trends license distribution and Maintenance Plan activity.
- Work collaboratively on projects aimed at improving internal reporting dashboards and visibility of our global user base.
- Participate in crossfunctional initiatives with Sales Support Licensing and Marketing to strengthen customer communication and data accuracy.
- Provide input on improvements to internal sales tools customer processes and reporting materials.
Contribute to special assignments and projects as assigned by the Global Sales Manager
