Job Summary
Customer Service South Bend IN
This temporary opening with our client is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the phone and staying organized behind the scenes. This assignment is expected to last approximately one month with a targeted start date as soon as the right candidate is identified.
In this position you will be provided with a script and a call list with the primary responsibility of reaching out to existing customers. While most calls will be to current clients there may be some light outreach within districts where services have been performed at one location but not another.
Job Duties:
- Making outbound calls using a provided script and contact list
- Speaking with existing customers and gathering relevant information
- Taking clear organized notes during and after calls
- Updating contact information and performing light data entry as needed
- Assisting with maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
This is a match for someone with a strong phone presence who is comfortable speaking professionally listening carefully and documenting information accurately. Attention to detail and organization will be key in this role.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to take clear and organized notes
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Reliable and able to start quickly
