Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiologic Technologist specializing in neuro and stroke procedures. The ideal candidate will assist in complex interventional and angiographic procedures ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during interventional radiology and neuro/stroke procedures
- Operate angiography and imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare patients for procedures and monitor their condition throughout
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams
- Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records
- Participate in on-call coverage for urgent and emergency cases
Qualifications:
- Active Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology and Neuro procedures
- Strong knowledge of angiography and special procedures
- Ability to work in high-acuity fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Certifications:
- ARRT certification required
- Additional IR/VI or specialty certifications preferred
