Key Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists in preparing packaging and dispensing medications
Maintain accurate medication records inventory and controlled substance logs
Support medication safety protocols and hospital compliance standards
Prepare and label prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
Ensure proper storage handling and organization of pharmaceuticals
Assist with regulatory documentation and reporting requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace
Support overall workflow efficiency in the pharmacy department
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Pharmacy Technician certification preferred
Previous pharmacy technician or healthcare experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of medication safety standards and procedures
Ability to work variable 8-hour shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
