Field Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) plays an integral role as a part of Southeast Toyotas (SET) field sales team. The FOM will collaborate with District Sales Managers (DSMs) and the Director of Sales Operations in the execution of SET dealership strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with RSMs & DSMs on identifying and sustaining Smartpath dealers and effective communication throughout the entire implementation and sustainment process
Support all items related to the successful implementation of Smartpath Online Buying; including (Assessment Set Up Training and Sustainment) Full integration of technology with DMS/CRM/Website along with Smartpath and PMO to assure successful integration for dealers
Work with Proactive to assure dealers sales processes are in alignment with technology
Utilize Power BI along with all internal reporting including ELMS Dealer CRM data to assure dealers are utilizing technology effectively to assure proper utilization
Support all aspects of Smartpath installation and sustainment
Conduct Sales Process customer experience mapping sessions work with Proactive for initial installation as well as long term sustainment
Coordinate with TMNA on all product defects and report out on all product fixes
Develop all communications for Smartpath with dealers and DMs such as all dealer pre-launch timing and scheduling along with dealer pre-launch and instore BDC and salesperson training
Collaborate and coordinate all additional training with SETF/JM&A counterparts for installation and training
Working collaboratively with DTM and DM on target dealer programs along with assist DTM on additional Smartpath support and training along with Proactive and additional outside vendors to improve dealer processes
Qualifications:
5-8 years automotive OEM experience
Bachelors degree required
Ability to communicate across multiple departments and various levels of management
Proficient in Excel Word PowerPoint and other web-based applications
Ability to manage various projects simultaneously; with strong communication skills
Functional knowledge of web analytics attribution and CRM KPIs
Strong business acumen with ability to attribute process and tactical changes to financial impact for dealership
