We are looking for an International Recruiterto join our Barcelona office (hybrid model) and support the growth of our global client network.

What Youll Do:

• Supporting the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placement
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
• Creating engaging job ads and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn job boards and headhunting
• Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews
• Managing pipelines and ensuring a great candidate experience
• Working with KPIs targets and performance metrics
• Learning and contributing to recruitment and business development strategies

What Were Looking For:

• Around 1 to 2 years of experience in:
  • Inside Sales / Sales Development / Business Development or
  • Recruitment (agency experience)
• Strong interest in recruitment
• Comfortable working with targets KPIs and a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive motivated and eager to learn
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience as a Inside Sales Representaitve (ISR)
• Experience in international environments
