You will manage order management and invoicing for a specific market.
How you will contribute
Your tasks:
People Manager: responsible for developing a high-performing team of E2E Fulfillment specialists aiming for a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Performance Management: Drive planning decisions monitor key performance indicators and ensure operational processes align with broader business objectives.
Operational Excellence: Manage effective order fulfilment taking account of availability checks stock allocation rules and cross-functional alignment to balance supply constraints with delivery of service levels
Manage the relationship with supply planning to ensure there is confidence in the demand plan and that key forecast decisions are made by the appropriate stakeholders
Critical Issue Management & Service Assurance: Proactively identify and manage supply chain constraints and ensure service recovery plans are in place to maintain targeted service level.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field
Extensive proven experience (5 years) in Customer Service and Logistics or Supply Chain operations and Project Management
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and interdependencies
SAP/SAP APO knowledge and strong data analysis skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Fluent in German and English
