You will manage order management and invoicing for a specific market.

How you will contribute

Your tasks:

  • People Manager: responsible for developing a high-performing team of E2E Fulfillment specialists aiming for a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Performance Management: Drive planning decisions monitor key performance indicators and ensure operational processes align with broader business objectives.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage effective order fulfilment taking account of availability checks stock allocation rules and cross-functional alignment to balance supply constraints with delivery of service levels

  • Manage the relationship with supply planning to ensure there is confidence in the demand plan and that key forecast decisions are made by the appropriate stakeholders

  • Critical Issue Management & Service Assurance: Proactively identify and manage supply chain constraints and ensure service recovery plans are in place to maintain targeted service level.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field

  • Extensive proven experience (5 years) in Customer Service and Logistics or Supply Chain operations and Project Management

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and interdependencies

  • SAP/SAP APO knowledge and strong data analysis skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

  • Fluent in German and English
