Position Description:

US CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
CGI Federal is seeking a MidLevel Cloud Information Systems Security Officer (Cloud ISSO) to support cloudbased federal environments. The Cloud ISSO leads RMF package development for cloud systems supports continuous monitoring and collaborates with cloud engineering teams to ensure NIST 80053 compliance across AWS Azure and hybrid architectures. This role is responsible for ensuring cloud controls are implemented tested and documented correctly.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Develop and maintain RMF documentation for cloud systems (SSP POA&M ISCP IRP).
Review and track cloud vulnerability findings from ACAS Tenable and CSPM tools.
Support cloud continuous monitoring: logging dashboards control evidence monthly reviews.
Coordinate with cloud engineers to ensure control implementation across AWS/Azure.
Conduct cloud configuration/compliance checks using STIGs CIS Benchmarks and automation tools.
Prepare audit evidence and support assessment activities.
Evaluate cloud service compliance with shared-responsibility models.
Track risk identify remediation needs and support security governance reviews.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity IT Computer Science or related field.
35 years of cybersecurity or RMF experience including cloud or hybrid environments.
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
Strong understanding of cloud security principles NIST 80053 and RMF.
Ability to create and maintain security documentation and collaborate with cloud teams.

Cloud Certifications (Highly Preferred):
AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure AZ900
Cloud
AWS Solutions Architect Associate (optional)
Azure Security Engineer AZ500 (optional)

Technical Familiarity
AWS and/or Azure security services
ACAS/Nessus CSPM tools (e.g. AWS Security Hub Defender for Cloud)
STIG Viewer SCAP CIS Benchmarks
Git Azure DevOps or equivalent documentation pipelines
Understanding of cloud logging and SIEM integration (Sentinel Splunk)
