Belmont $58/hr MonFri 95 Immediate Start
About the Role
Support the Payroll Supervisor to deliver accurate compliant and timely payroll services.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing (including starters leavers adjustments)
- Ensure compliance with industrial agreements and legislation
- Maintain payroll records HRIS data and documentation
- Provide advice on pay leave super and salary packaging
- Process terminations reconciliations and creditor payments
- Assist with reporting audits and system improvements
Requirements
- Payroll experience in a medium-sized organisation
- Strong knowledge of industrial agreements and payroll legislation
- HRIS experience (Aurion highly regarded)
- High attention to detail accuracy and time management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with superannuation and workers compensation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
