As a Security Officer Access Screening in Oak Creek WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic logistics and distribution location where you will help monitor entry points manage badges and visitor access conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $18.73 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entrances exits gates and/or credential checkpoints to help regulate site access for employees visitors drivers and authorized vendors.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility shipping and receiving areas parking areas and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Support daily operations by documenting visitor activity verifying identification and/or delivery information and reporting maintenance lighting or other site issues that could impact access control procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
