Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic learning based on business priorities and brand requirements to build training and development programs addressing to aftersales business units.
- Design implement and evaluate training programs workshops and e-learning modules to address skills gaps and improve key dealer staff performance.
- Collaborate in synergy with other stakeholders (internal and external) to identify training needs and create tailored development plans.
- Analyze training effectiveness through various metrics/KPIs and propose reports with actions plans focused on to ensure or improve the KPIs results based on training actions.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization across the Dealer Network.
- Develop and manage the training budget ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development (including new learning technologies and platforms like IA digital contents micro and interactive learnings solutions)

- Must have: Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously /Strong communication organization and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

2. Years of Experience:
Previous Work Experience
- We are seeking dynamic professional training with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive industry (areas of product and technical training aftersales operations technical assistance)
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design tools knowledge
3. Education
Education:
- Engineering Psychology Administration or Human Resources/Talent Development degree/career.
4. Specific Course/Certifications
Course/Certifications:
- Computer Skills: MS Office (Professional level) Experience in development tools to create engaging and interactive CBTs (Articulate- Storyline Rise Camtasia Captivate Canva etc.).
- Certifications (desirable): Project Management skills and/or People leadership experience Highly Preferred.
5. Travel Required
- Travel: 30%
