Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC isa CT Technologist to join a short-term acute care hospital in Carmel IN. First-time travel technologists are welcome. The CT Tech will perform multi-modality imaging including CT scans and general radiography supporting inpatient outpatient and emergency department services for both adult and pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CT imaging using Siemens IQon CT scanners
Perform general X-ray imaging using Siemens DR Philips and Carestream systems
Provide imaging services across ER inpatient and outpatient departments
Support Stroke-1 accredited imaging protocols and emergency imaging cases
Ensure proper patient positioning and adherence to radiation safety standards
Operate portable imaging equipment when required
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams for accurate diagnostic imaging
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR system
Work independently in imaging suites when necessary
Schedule & Requirements
Day Shift: 2x12-hour shifts (06:00 AM 06:00 PM)
Weekend Requirement: Saturdays and Sundays (06:00 AM 06:00 PM)
On-call: 1 weekend per month 12 weekdays per month (holidays may be required)
Guaranteed 3648 hours per week depending on schedule rotation
Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
Qualifications
Active Indiana State License
ARRT certification required
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT/X-Ray Technologist
Ability to work independently in high-volume clinical settings
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with Siemens Philips and Carestream imaging systems
Multi-modality experience (CT general X-ray portable imaging)
Experience in ER inpatient and outpatient environments
Comfortable with both adult and pediatric imaging cases
