Job Description: Responsibilities: The Sales Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training cross-training and development of all sales staff.
Qualifications: - Ensure sales goals are attained
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
- Manage daily activity of the sales staff using vin solutions
- Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Develop an effective sales team through training and performance standards
Requirements: - Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid drivers license in your state of residence
