Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures under physician supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate diagnostic imaging while maintaining patient safety comfort and adherence to established clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MRI procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and imaging standards
Review and prioritize imaging requisitions; schedule patients efficiently throughout the shift
Prepare and administer contrast media when required
Ensure timely processing and delivery of imaging results
Collaborate with radiologists to optimize imaging quality and diagnostic outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records logs and equipment downtime documentation
Respond to STAT and emergency imaging requests in a timely manner
Monitor and manage inventory; report supply needs to leadership
Accurately document and charge all imaging exams
Identify troubleshoot and escalate equipment issues as needed
Safely transport patients to and from the imaging department
Maintain a clean safe and compliant work environment
Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families
Assist with departmental coverage and cross-training in additional modalities as needed
Support productivity goals and quality standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
Strong communication and patient interaction skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (required)
