Job Summary

About the area
The Law School comprises over fifty scholars engaged in teaching and research in law sociolegal studies and criminology. We offer three undergraduate majors (Business Law Law and Society and Criminology) a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice a postgraduate Juris Doctor (JD) and several Masters courses. Continually evolving to meet current and future
challenges we have a particular focus on the Indigenisation of the curriculum internationalisation and multi-disciplinarily. Our academic staff have been drawn from top universities around the world and have broad-ranging expertise in delivering quality teaching programs.
About the opportunity
- Contribute to the delivery of teaching within the Law School.
- Tutoring and facilitating small group teaching.
- Marking and assessment of student work.
- Supporting unit coordination activities.
- Engaging with students to support their learning experience.
About you
- Formal tertiary qualification(s) in relevant discipline.
- Relevant academic experience in the discipline area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
