Role Overview

Digital Realty is seeking a Subregional Head of Property Operations to lead and optimize property operations across owned spaces including Data Centre (White Space) and Non-White Space assets. Reporting to the Subregional Director of Operations this role is critical in ensuring safe compliant and cost-effective property and maintenance operations aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Property Operations teams and drive delivery of corporate objectives
• Lead coach and develop subregional Property Operations teams
• Oversee Non-White Space management inspections maintenance and vendor performance
• Manage vendor contracts KPIs and compliance in collaboration with Procurement
• Own financial oversight including budgeting forecasting and variance reporting
• Ensure effective operational support maintenance planning and administrative processes
• Act as escalation point and key stakeholder across Operations Finance Security HR and external partners

What You Bring

• Strong people leadership and change management experience
• Solid background in property plant or data centre operations
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Fluent English; willingness to travel
