Located on a stunning tree-lined canal just minutes from Surfers Paradise we are seeking an entrepreneurial powerhouse. We need a Publican who doesnt just follow trends but sets themsomeone who thrives in a premium environment where average is the only thing not on the menu.

• Operational Excellence: You lead a team that understands the nuance of premium servicewhere every detail is noticed and every guest is treated like a VIP.

About You
You already know if this is for you. You are likely currently leading a high-profile city venue or a luxury resort bar and are looking for a venue that matches your ambition.
Your Profile:

• The Pedigree: Extensive experience in high-end hospitality with a deep understanding of premium wine spirits and wagering.
• Entrepreneurial DNA: You dont wait for instructions; you see market gaps and fill them.
• The Aesthetic: You understand that in a $5M venue presentation is everythingfrom the garnishes on the cocktails to the attire of the staff.
• Compliance & Grit: You hold all necessary industry licenses (RSA RSG RMLV Approved Manager) and are prepared to be a hands-on leader in a high-volume premium environment.
