IT Business Solutions LATAM

To support this mission Syngentas is seeking a IT Business Solutions Latam in Buenos Aires; Argentina. This role will support the organizations digital transformation by bridging business needs and technology - designing implementing and managing IT solutions that improve processes and strategic outcomes while acting as a trusted advisor change catalyst and IT&D portfolio champion.

 Accountabilities

• Innovation & Change - Foster a culture of innovation identify improvement opportunities and turn ideas into actionable plans.
• Technology Consulting - Advise on technology to enhance business processes staying current with trends and conducting landscape assessments.
• Solution Architecture & Project Management - Design scalable digital solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery managing timelines budgets and vendor coordination.
• IT&D Portfolio - Lead regional/global portfolio initiatives shaping IT strategies and roadmaps aligned to business priorities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors in IT Business or related field; 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant ideally with exposure to commercial finance or P&S processes.
• Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical teams - translating requirements into clear actionable inputs for developers.
• Familiarity with SAP (SD desirable) and/or Salesforce (SFDC); knowledge of other CRM or ERP platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments (sprint-based delivery).
• Open to digital transformation and AI tools - curiosity and willingness to learn is valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - this role is highly people-facing working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams across the region.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
• Collaborative proactive and a positive contributor to team culture.
