This role is open to candidates based in Brazil Argentina Chile Peru Colombia Mexico Guatemala and Costa Rica.
Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive better business decisions Were looking for a Senior Metrics Analyst to join our Intelligence & Insights team and play a key role in analytics reporting and performance measurement across the organization.
What youll do
- Build maintain and enhance dashboards and reports that support datadriven decision making.
- Analyze interpret and present key performance metrics with high attention to detail.
- Respond to adhoc analytics requests ensuring quality accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support process improvement data governance and analytics adoption across teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (including IT) to improve data flows and automation.
- Provide insights on historical performance to support leadership projects and bid requests.
Experience & Qualifications required
- 4 years of experience in analytics with Clinical Research Pharma CRO or similar environment.
- Strong handson experience with Power BI Excel Power Apps SharePoint and MS Office.
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- SQL or basic programming skills are a plus (not required).
- Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Advanced English level
