US CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET OR TS/SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
CGI Federal is seeking a Senior Cloud Information Systems Security Officer (Cloud ISSO) to lead cloud compliance and RMF activities across AWS Azure and hybrid federal environments. The Senior Cloud ISSO serves as the security lead for cloud authorization packages continuous monitoring programs and cloudsecurity governance. This role advises system owners and cloud architects on control requirements risk posture and cloudsecurity best practices.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead development review and approval of cloud RMF packages (SSP SAR POA&M).
Oversee cloud vulnerability and compliance programs using ACAS/Nessus Tenable CSPM tools.
Direct cloud continuous monitoring activities including dashboards evidence and monthly reporting.
Provide authoritative guidance on cloud control inheritance sharedresponsibility models and boundary definitions.
Conduct cloud configuration and compliance assessments using STIGs CIS Benchmarks and automated tools.
Serve as principal security advisor to cloud engineering teams.
Represent cloud security posture during audits briefings and crossagency discussions.
Mentor junior and midlevel ISSOs and contribute to process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity IT Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred).
7 years of cybersecurity or RMF experience including substantial work with AWS/Azure.
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
Expertise with RMF NIST 80053 and cloud security architectures.
Strong experience guiding cloud control implementation and documentation.

Cloud SIEM integration (Sentinel Splunk).
DevSecOps workflows and automated control validation.
Ability to influence design boundary definitions and cloud risk decisions.
