Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Customer Advisor

Are you fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and looking for an exciting on-site role in the software industry in Athens We are a growing software company hiring Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Customer Advisors to work from our office in Athens Greece. No prior experience is required we provide full training and welcome candidates from all professional backgrounds.

Candidates relocating from within the EU will receive a relocation package including flight tickets to Athens and accommodation support to help you settle in smoothly.

About the Role

As a Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our Brazilian Portuguese-speaking clients helping them get the most out of our software products. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and deliver a consistently positive customer experience all from our modern office in the heart of Athens.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Brazilian Portuguese-language customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy
• Support clients with software-related questions including installation usage and troubleshooting
• Log interactions accurately and escalate complex issues in line with company procedures
• Collaborate with a diverse multicultural on-site team to maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Continuously develop product knowledge through ongoing training and internal resources

Requirements

• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken C1/C2 level); working knowledge of English for internal communication
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work full-time on-site at our Athens office
• No prior experience in customer service or the software industry required full training provided
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece required; relocation support available for candidates moving from within the EU
