SUMMARY: The Groundskeeper sustains grounds of the assigned facility and/or complex.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Conduct the general groundskeeping activities of the exterior of the facility by picking up trash and debris from the parking lot and break areas
Sweep walkways periodically.
Fuel van/bus as needed pre and post trip.
Seasonal duties may include landscaping (mowing watering flower gardening etc.) snow or debris removal
Schedule or job assignments may be modified by management on an as needed basis.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to operate hand tools and groundskeeping machinery in a safe manner
