Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term vision strategy and roadmap for key ad products leveraging customer feedback data and market trends.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering science design legal and executive teams to deliver products.
Technical Expertise: Translate business goals into technical requirements influencing engineering discussions and understanding complex systems.
Innovation: Drive new features especially in emerging areas like Generative AI for campaign creation or Audio Ads and improve core infrastructure.
Execution: Own feature delivery manage tradeoffs and ensure seamless launch and scaling.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
