We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professionals to join our high-performing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to build a long-term career in automotive sales.

No prior automotive sales experience is required we provide paid training and the opportunity to earn while you learn.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features benefits warranties and available accessories
  • Conduct test drives and compare competitive models to meet customer needs
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Implement follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Stay informed on current inventory product updates and manufacturer programs
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership performance standards
  • Maintain a professional customer-first presence on the showroom floor
  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and extended hours as needed

Qualifications

  • Customer-facing sales experience required (automotive experience is a plus!)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive friendly and professional demeanor
  • High energy with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence
  • Basic computer skills
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through
  • Professional appearance and solid work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
  • Must pass background check MVR and drug screening
