Responsibilities
In this role youll serve as a trusted HR partner across a wide range of responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting and staffing logistics ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process
Own onboarding and offboarding experiences creating a positive first and last impression for employees
Maintain and manage HRIS systems including payroll PTO and benefits administration
Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with federal state and local regulations
Support leave of absence programs (FMLA ADA workers compensation) with accuracy and care
Drive employee engagement through wellness initiatives recognition programs and feedback efforts
Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams on broader initiatives and best practices
Experience
Were looking for someone who is both detail-oriented and people-focused:
3 years of HR experience ideally supporting hourly/non-exempt populations
Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA ADA FLSA and applicable state regulations)
Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
Experience in manufacturing logistics or distribution environments is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or UKG
HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
