Lead Cultural Support Plan design and delivery ensuring Aboriginal voices lived experience and cultural knowledge underpin the support we provide to young people
Review outcomes and guide service teams buy providing ongoing cultural supervision and support to our staff
Support culturally grounded trauma informed approaches that strengthen young peoples connection to culture Country and community
Build and maintain strong relationships with Elders ACCOs and community partners
Skills & Experience
Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Experience in cultural planning or community services
Knowledge of Child Placement Principles
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Relevant checks licence and registrations
