Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff Ticketing & this role you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to passengers at the airport including ticketing check-in and boarding procedures. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter ensuring a smooth check-in process. Issue tickets process payments and handle any ticketing inquiries or issues. Check-in passengers and their baggage ensuring all necessary documents and identification are in order. Provide information to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and gate changes. Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of airline ticketing and check-in procedures is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance. Working Conditions: This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Shifts may vary and can include early mornings evenings weekends and holidays. Work is primarily indoors but may involve some outdoor duties. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
