Benefis Health System a large regional tertiary care center is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join our established and collaborative team in Great Falls. This position serves a population of more than275000 patientsacross north central Montana and offers an exceptional balance of clinical autonomy specialty support and quality of life.

Position Overview

Join a well-establishedpractice with4 Urology physiciansdelivering efficienthigh-quality andpatient-centeredcare. You will be supported by ahighly skilled clinical team including a procedural nurse surgery schedulers and an experienced RN clinical managerallowing you tofocuson patient care.

Outpatient procedures are performed infourspacious fully equipped procedure roomswithin the clinic. Surgical services are convenientlylocatedjust a five-minute walk away featuring 10 main operating rooms adedicated cystoscopy suite and advanced robotic capabilities includingDa Vinci 5 and XIplatforms with experienced robotic first assistants.

This role offers abroad scopeof general urology with theflexibilityto develop subspecialty interestsbased on your preferences including pediatrics endourology reconstructive urology female urology (pelvic floor) infertility and oncology.

You will collaborate closely with medical and radiation oncologists through aregional cancer centerandparticipatein aweekly multidisciplinary Tumor Board. The practice benefits from arobust referral networkof more than440 employedphysicians and advanced practice providerswithin Benefis Medical Group along withstrong regional referralsupport.Epic EMRisutilizedsystem-wide with opportunities to integrateAI toolsandcustomize scheduling templates.

Work Schedule & Call

• Clinic Hours:7:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexibility to support physician preference

• Call Rotation:1:5

• Call Coverage:Single emergency department

• Call Volume:Approximately one consult per day while on call

• Weekend Volume:Approximately one surgical case per weekend
