Responsible for processing Transaction Management workflows including exception handling BPEM resolution and market transaction support. Ensures timely resolution of work queue items in alignment with established SLAs and operational procedures.Job Description

Key Metrics
This role supports a production-based work queue operating between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday. Candidates must be available to work an assigned shift within these hours. The team also supports a rotating Saturday schedule as part of standard operations.
Shift assignments are based on business needs and may change over time. Based on team scheduling needs shift schedules are reviewed and may be recalibrated approximately every six month
