Job Summary
As an IATF Lead Auditor you will conduct audits within the automotive sector on behalf of DNV and will be responsible for documentation and reporting. You will liaise closely with clients at all levels of management establish audit plans and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and timeframes. You will also work together with our program manager to further develop the business. You can be based anywhere in Sweden.
DNV is looking for an IATF 16949 Lead Auditor who can:
- Independently lead third-party automotive audits (Sweden international)
- Represent DNV professionally with top management at client sites
- Deliver high-quality audit reports documentation and certification decisions
- Manage audit teams and larger certification projects
- Contribute beyond delivery by supporting business development with the program manager
- Balance technical rigor customer focus time pressure

Qualifications
- Four (4) years full time appropriate practical experience (including two (2) years dedicated
- Knowledge of the automotive core tools.
- Have conducted at least six (6) ISO 9001 third party audits in manufacturing industries with at least three (3) as audit team leader.
- Has successfully completed IATF 16949 3rd Party New Auditor Training (4 days) and passed all exams and assessments.
- Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English language.
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent communication relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Ability to build good relationship with customers.
- Ability to coordinate manage an Auditors Team assigned.
- Strong and proven attitude to auditing including mobility flexibility working under pressure respect of deadline relations with clients etc.
