Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate Vendor Manager who is a passionate customer and category advocate with proven ability to organize a significant amount of data and product information for customer-facing merchandising events. You will assist in sourcing inventory from key stakeholders and evaluating this inventory to run exciting deals on .
You will also be responsible for the deal content and listings on Woot ensuring we provide the best customer experience. This role will involve being very hands-on and having effective attention to detail to deliver a seamless buying experience for the customer.
A successful Associate Vendor Manager must:

Key job responsibilities
Drive demand generation and revenue growth by sourcing high-velocity deal items and promotional products that create customer excitement and urgency while strategically building and maintaining a diversified portfolio of vendor partnerships that deliver sustainable long-term growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
Partner with Customer Service teams to optimize product content quality ensuring product listings descriptions and specifications are accurate comprehensive and customer-focused to minimize returns reduce customer friction and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Vendor Managers and Marketing teams to develop and execute special projects promotional campaigns and strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth enhance vendor partnerships and maximize market opportunities through coordinated planning and execution.
Manage inventory operations and supply chain logistics including monitoring stock levels coordinating with vendors for timely replenishment maintaining accurate inventory records in management systems while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence.

- 1 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools
- Experience writing and building merchandising content
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines or experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities
- Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML Excel and SQL)
- 2 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including: pivot tables macros index/match vlookup VBA data links etc.
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products workflows or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
