Responsibilities

Summary

An Intern willparticipatein various aspects of a multifacetedsales acceleration company focused on delivering better outcomes for many of the worlds most iconic brands.The 8-to-10-weekpaidinternship programprovidestalented diverse studentswith hands-on career experience in one of the followingbusiness areas:Information TechnologyClient ServicesBusiness DevelopmentLearning & Development MultimediaorMarketing.

Essential Job Functions:

Gain understanding the overall concept of the company including the brand customer product goals and other aspects of servicesprovided

Propose ideas and solutions to grow and improve efficiencies in the assigned area ofbusiness

Accept designated business-focus projects to research propose ideas and solutions and present a final project during theinternship

Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or salessupport

Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes

Qualifications

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Ability to prioritize organize problem solve meet deadlines andgoals

Ability to communicate effectively and providefollow-up

Capableof working in a team-orientedinofficeenvironmentthat is fairopenand honest

Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build strong partnerships with all internal customers both locally and in our corporate locations (in-officeandvirtually)

Integrity and ability tomaintainconfidentiality and personalcredibility

Job Requirements:

Must be enrolled in a 2 or 4-year post-secondary accreditedinstitution

Career interest must be relevant to the assigneddepartment

RequiresproficiencyinutilizingMicrosoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)

Requires four (4) in-office workdays per weekwiththeoptionto work remoteonthe 5thday
