Parts Counter Sales

TheRuss Darrow Group is seeking a reliable and detail orientedParts Counterperson to join our Parts Department. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience incustomer service retail manufacturing supply chain or warehouse environments who are looking forsteady first-shift hours consistent income and a team-oriented workplace.

This role offers variety daily interaction with customers and staff and the chance to be an essential part of dealership operations in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and dealership staff in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and vehicle-specific parts information

• Process parts payments and ensure accurate billing

• Fulfill customer and technician orders from available inventory

• Input parts orders for daily shipment delivery or customer pick-up

• Track all incoming and outgoing parts to maintain accurate inventory records

• Locate and source parts when items are out of stock

• Use parts catalogs and manuals to identify the correct parts by vehicle make model and year
