Monitor and maintain systems to ensure that services run smoothly and disruptions are minimized.
Provide guidance on payment platforms ensures users can use them efficiently reducing user-related errors or support requests.
Work closely with developers and operations personnel to resolve bugs glitches and system problems efficiently.
Assist users in navigating and using payment systems correctly to ensure smooth transactions.
Document all configurations system changes and issues for future reference and compliance purposes to maintain accurate and detailed records that support efficient troubleshooting and ensure system stability.
Maintain a log of both internal system problems and external issues to ensure they are addressed and resolved.
Address missed vouchers by ensuring they are either refunded or reprocessed to ensure financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
2-4 years in Technical Support Preferred experience in E-payments platform.
Keen attention to detail to monitor systems effectively and identify subtle changes.
Strong SQL/PL SQL knowledge.
Strong Linux (scripting searching operate .).
Accepting On-call process.
Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues
