Empower Recruitment Operations as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
In this pivotal role you will support our recruitment processes ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. Youll work alongside experienced recruiters and HR professionals gaining the exposure and skills needed for a fulfilling career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support and Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews and assessments for BPO and shared service roles across multiple locations and time zones.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows keeping candidate records updated and accurate.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates recruiters and hiring managers delivering a positive candidate journey.
- Post job adverts on appropriate job boards career sites and social media supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist with the administration of offer letters background checks onboarding documents and compliance requirements.
- Source candidates for entry-level and volume positions using online databases and talent pools.
- Prepare and track recruitment data metrics and reports for continuous improvement and analysis.
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion throughout all recruitment processes and communications.
Skills Qualifications and Attributes Talent Acquisition and ATS Management
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment HR coordination or an administrative role (BPO experience is a plus).
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related discipline is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to fairness and confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
