Flex Officers will gain a broad specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.

Typical Flex Officer Objectives:

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations call-offs no shows holidays etc.
• Monitor traffic in and out of lumber yard.
• Ensure items on receipt match whats taken off site.
• Weekend and holiday availability needed.
• Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Flex Officer Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Intermediate computer / technology skills needed.
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
