Review records for accuracy completeness duplicates and formatting issues
Standardise names dates categories and tags to ensure consistent reporting
Compile information from emails forms PDFs and shared documents into structured files
Maintain clean lists (contacts reports tracking sheets) and ensure version control
Generate basic daily/weekly summaries and status updates for managers
Follow written SOPs and workflow checklists to complete tasks consistently
Communicate progress blockers and questions via Slack/Teams/email
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when handling repetitive tasks
Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and cloud tools (Drive/Docs)
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines without close supervision
Stable internet connection and dependable availability
