QRC CLERK DISTRIBUTION

Dispatching of the QRC machining area. Laser engraving of manufactured parts before they are distributed. General warehousing duties such as: cross docking of parts to shop orders & sales orders. Receiving shop orders UPS & transfer orders. Picking parts for shop orders sales orders & transfer orders. Cycle counting & distribution of material to other departments. Creation of sub-contract purchase orders when needed. Employee will also fill in for small shipping. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to follow specific instruction in both written and verbal form.
Safety conscious.
Data entry accuracy.
Proficient at using computer based warehouse management systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous inventory and/or forklift experience.
Ability to organize and be organized.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Office and shop environments.
Steel-toed work shoes and safety glasses required.
Lifting requirements of up to 25 pounds regularly
Must be able to be PIT certified
Work can be strenuous and includes walking bending climbing pushing pulling (such as on packages) and working from elevated platforms as well as standing for long periods of time.
