Job Description
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support a high-performing transplant program. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care education and clinical coordination under the guidance of the transplant team. The RN will play a key role in ensuring safe patient-centered care while supporting triage clinic operations and administrative responsibilities during a temporary coverage period.
Key Responsibilities
Triage & Patient Support:
- Manage incoming patient calls assess clinical needs and prioritize care appropriately
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physicians to ensure timely and effective patient management
- Identify urgent or emergent concerns and escalate promptly
Clinical Coordination & Care Delivery:
- Support transplant patients through pre- and post-transplant care processes
- Provide patient education regarding treatment plans medications and follow-up care
- Assist with clinic flow documentation and coordination of services
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
- Support scheduling follow-ups and interdisciplinary communication
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in transplant critical care or specialty nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccination in compliance with facility guidelines
