Job Description
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support a high-performing transplant program. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care education and clinical coordination under the guidance of the transplant team. The RN will play a key role in ensuring safe patient-centered care while supporting triage clinic operations and administrative responsibilities during a temporary coverage period.
Key Responsibilities
Triage & Patient Support:
Manage incoming patient calls assess clinical needs and prioritize care appropriately
Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physicians to ensure timely and effective patient management
Identify urgent or emergent concerns and escalate promptly
Clinical Coordination & Care Delivery:
Support transplant patients through pre- and post-transplant care processes
Provide patient education regarding treatment plans medications and follow-up care
Assist with clinic flow documentation and coordination of services
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
Support scheduling follow-ups and interdisciplinary communication
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in transplant critical care or specialty nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
COVID-19 and influenza vaccination in compliance with facility guidelines
