Job Description

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support a high-performing transplant program. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care education and clinical coordination under the guidance of the transplant team. The RN will play a key role in ensuring safe patient-centered care while supporting triage clinic operations and administrative responsibilities during a temporary coverage period.

Key Responsibilities

Triage & Patient Support:

• Manage incoming patient calls assess clinical needs and prioritize care appropriately
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physicians to ensure timely and effective patient management
• Identify urgent or emergent concerns and escalate promptly

Clinical Coordination & Care Delivery:

• Support transplant patients through pre- and post-transplant care processes
• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans medications and follow-up care
• Assist with clinic flow documentation and coordination of services

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
• Support scheduling follow-ups and interdisciplinary communication

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in transplant critical care or specialty nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccination in compliance with facility guidelines
