As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Access Control in Manchester PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. At a busy logistics and distribution location our Security Officers help manage access control monitor assigned areas and conduct routine patrols to support a secure environment. This role calls for strong customer service and communication while helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors drivers and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures credential checks and other security-related policies for a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify identification and/or delivery documentation and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas loading zones and operational spaces.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns and documenting security-related activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location including the perimeter entrances dock areas and parking areas as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Maintain detailed logs of visitor activity vehicle movement and/or access events and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding security-related concerns unusual activity or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak read and write fluent Spanish.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
