Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring patient safety delivering effective treatments and responding promptly to clinical needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and continuous monitoring
- Administer medications and intravenous (IV) therapies accurately
- Assess and respond to changes in patient condition
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
- Minimum experience in Medical-Surgical nursing required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
