The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring patient safety delivering effective treatments and responding promptly to clinical needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care and continuous monitoring
Administer medications and intravenous (IV) therapies accurately
Assess and respond to changes in patient condition
Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
Minimum experience in Medical-Surgical nursing required
