Job Summary:
Were looking for a detail-oriented PowerPoint / Project Support Executive to create high-quality presentations support key initiatives and provide administrative support to senior stakeholders.
Scope of Work:
Create professional PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.
Support EOS and mainframe-offload migration initiatives.
Capture Minutes of Meeting (MoM) clearly and concisely.
Document key discussions action items and follow-ups accurately.
Communicate effectively with technical teams and senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and informative presentations.
Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders.
Coordinate with teams to gather information and inputs.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks.
Requirements:
Strong PowerPoint skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with project support or similar role preferred.
